Me vs Pantang

Hello, todayyyy is my 43 days of pantanggg and tomorrow would be the last day i would ever have to eat fish and biskut kering ever agaaaaaiiinnnnnn. Clap for me ya’all. Wohoo. So how was pantang?Aha aha aha aha it wasn’t goood and it wasn’t bad. The bad part was.. sakit jahit and taking care of it tu je aha. I don’t really know how much stiches i had, but the doctor said it wasn’t that much, but man it hurts wehhhh. Ngilu. It took me about 3 weeks to get my stiches to heal. And for me to get in my normal state back, i had the post partum depression, i’ll blog about it later.

I didn’t really follow most of the pantang, yeah yeah i cheated a lil bit, like macam ikat rambut tetinggi, wear pilis (MAJOR BREAKOUT), kipas takleh satu hala and must be in the speed of 1 je.

I CAN’T, i really did try but i just can’t handle hot weather. So yeah, speed 3 pelizu. Hhahahhaha. I did those other stuff like bertungku, pakai stokin, urut. Ya know, the important stuff. And yes, i jaga my makan. And wanna know the best part? Ehe ehe ehe ehe i got my ideal weight baccckkk. I was 70kg when i was pregnant, but now aha aha it’s 52kg. Yaaayyyy? So what’s my secret? Nah i have none. I guess I didn’t eat that much and maybe cause i’m breastfeeding?

I read it somewhere that breastfeeding helps in maintaining and losing  your weight. So i guess it means that i can eattttttttttt without restrainttt ke ceniii? Let us cut to the chase, here’s how and what i eat during pantang

Morning: milo panas and biskut kering for breakfast
Lunch: nasi sikittt je, like segenggam with fish soup/pinang/bakar (my fav is ikan masak pinang) and vegetable
Evening: milo panas, biskut kering
Dinner at 6: same as lunch
Supper: milo panas and biskut kering

Yeah, plain. I know. But that’s how pantang goes bruh. What do you expect? I’m not really an expert in pantang cause all i do was follow other people ways of pantang and eat whatever my mom in law cook. So i can’t really give any tips aha aha aha.
